At Indroyd Labs, we value our customers and stand behind the quality of our products and services. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

We offer a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return or exchange:

The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
The item must have its original packaging intact.
Items purchased during sales or promotions may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Items can only be replaced if they are defective or damaged and approved by our support team.

2. Hardware Warranty

All hardware supplied by Indroyd Labs is covered under a 1-year warranty. If the hardware is found to be defective due to manufacturing faults within this period, it will be replaced at no additional cost.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling, physical impact, electrical surges, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modifications.

3. Exempted Categories

Certain product categories may be exempted from returns or refunds. These exemptions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

4. Return / Exchange Process

Once your return request is approved, the product must be shipped back to Indroyd Labs at the customer’s expense. After inspection, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your request. Approved returns will be processed according to our policies, either through exchange or replacement.
